Spirituality is a broad term that includes a sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves. Whether it be a sacred ritual, transcendent experience, or a deep sense of interconnectedness, ones spiritual journey is personal. It can encompass prayer or finding comfort in a personal relationship with God or a higher power. through love, nature, or an association with a church, temple, mosque, or synagogue. As spiritual beings, we all have light and dark that dwells within us.  It is up to each individual to tap into the love  and beauty that makes our light shine through the darkness.
